Willis Early Child Development Center

Willis Early Child Development Center

The Willis Early Child Development Center is located on L.P. Miller and has a capacity of 17 children. The Housing Authority of Murray envisioned a day care center for residents, and Head Start responded with staffing. The Center has remained at capacity since the doors opened in 1999, and many remain on a waiting list.
Computer programs, interactive educational toys, arts and crafts, as well as a large shaded outdoor play area are just a few of the opportunities provided to children here. Plus, the small setting makes every child feel like they are special. The Housing Authority would like to extend a big THANK YOU to Head Start for the tremendous work they do everyday!
